Capabilities
Four services, tailored to each client's requirements. Most engagements combine two or more.

Material development
Materials formulated to a client's performance requirements.
Mechanical properties, weight, surface finish, fire performance, and feedstock are defined with the client at the outset. Candidate formulations are developed, sampled, and refined against those requirements. Our work centers on resin-bound composites with fiber, textile, paper, mineral, and recycled-glass fillers, in pressed, cast, and laminated forms.
Deliverables include physical samples, a formulation and process record, and a clear account of what has and has not been tested.

Product development
We work with designers to make ideas real.
From concept through prototype and pre-production, designed for how the product will be manufactured, shipped, and installed. Capabilities include 3D modeling, CNC programming, mold and fixture design, and finishing, carried out in our own facility.
Process and tooling
Production methods developed where none exist.
A new material often requires a new way to make it. We design and build the presses, mixing and dosing systems, molds, finishing lines, and controls required, drawing on three decades of fabrication and commercial surface-finishing experience. Our processes are proprietary and remain in-house.
Small-batch production
From raw material to finished, packaged goods.
We supply at whatever stage a program requires: sheet stock, cut parts to specification, molded components, or finished goods packaged and ready for sale. Produced in our United States facility and shipped to clients worldwide.
Where a brand has its own supply chain, we integrate with it, supplying cut or molded parts to the client's selected vendors for final assembly and working to their schedule and budget. Where a brand prefers a single source, we take the product from material through packaging.
